Membership of the Club is open to Ladies and Gents, and the current annual subscription for Full membership is £55.00.
Full membership covers full use of the green at all times, subject to our playing rules, entrance to all Club competitions, and participation in matches against other Clubs as arranged in our programme. It also allows members to participate in the regular, programmed ‘social’ bowling afternoons and evenings.
As a means of ensuring that the green does not get overcrowded during these ‘social’ sessions, the Club reserves the right to restrict the numbers of full members. When this number reaches a point where it is considered sufficient, then we do have a ‘subsidiary’ membership at a fee of £25.00, but subsidiary members are restricted to use of the green only at evenings and weekends, and does not cover participation in Club competitions.
Any subsidiary membership form the basis of the ‘waiting’ list, and when a Full vacancy occurs for any reason then, in order of date of joining, the subsidiary members are offered an up-grade to full membership.
We also have opened a ‘Junior Section’ for young people between the ages of 8 and 21. The Junior Membership annual fee is £10.
